A little bit about me...
 

My name is Laura, and I am a freelance personal trainer and fitness instructor. I have been working as an instructor for over 8 years and I've been personal training clients for more than 4 1/2 years. I have a passion for health and fitness and my aim is to make you feel better about yourself.

  • BSc (hons) Science & Management of Exercise & Health 
  • FdSc Personal Training & Sports Performance
  • Level 3 Pilates Instructor 
  • OCR Gym Instruction
  • OCR Exercise to Music
  • NVQ Level II Exercise & Fitness Instruction
  • Wright Foundation GP Referral Consultant
  • CIBT Diploma Sports Massage

 

 

 

I specialise in functional training, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and core function work using Pilates principles and methods.  I am currently studying for a Masters degree in Sports Therapy.

 

 

I teach in a variety of settings, with a wide range of clients ranging from young adults to the frail and elderly.  I am also a part time lecturer at Bracknell & Wokingham College.
